This place is a must visit and we we are glad we found it. We went back 2 more times during our trip. The seafood is fresh. The crabs are amazing and the fried fish was so good and not oily. The large and jumbo crabs and snow crabs were cooked perfectly. They are busy but still are able to provide good service. Staff was very helpful with our questions.
Delicious meals to go and fresh seafood market. The staff was very friendly and willing to go over the different kinds of seafood. Very busy for to go orders and fresh fish to go.
Picnic tables outside to eat on site as well which is a plus if you want your meal hot and fresh. We chose some lumped crab meat and crab soup to bring home. Can’t wait to try them!
We got the Jumbo Crabs and Fried Shrimp, and they are soooo fresh!
If you want fresh seafood. This is the place. I was looking everywhere for King Crab. So many places had mixed reviews and outrageous prices. I walked in here not knowing what to expect. It's a small fish counter. Fresh and frozen. You pick your choice and you can take it home to cook or have them cook it for you to take home. I grabbed a Large zip lock bag full of King Crab and had them steam half plain and half OB. It took less than 10 minutes. They plattered it up with cups of drawn butter and wrapped in plastic wrap to stay together for the trip home. THEY WERE FIRE 🔥!!! This is the first time I have ever had hush puppies that I liked. YUMMY. Crab Deviled Eggs?!?! 🦀 Yes hunny! This is definitely my go-to place when I'm here. I'm tired of messing with restaurants that have grumpy and slow staff serving questionable seafood. When I'm dropping a bill or 2, I want to be satisfied. Rippons, TAKE MY MONEY!!!! 🤑
Coconut Shrimps were really good.
Everything seem fresh and tasted like it should be.
The carrots cake was bland though..
Calamari basket was little light on size but other then that was happy.
We got a half bushel of crabs from here. They were really great except 12 were a bit mealy on the inside and we couldn’t eat them. I called a couple of days later and they were great about fixing the situation. They gave us 12 crabs to make up for the ones we couldn’t eat and they were delicious too. Highly recommend!
I wanted to write a quick message to compliment your company. I was at the beach with our family last week, I ordered 4 doz. crabs, 300 clams, 2 doz. oysters (fresh - not steamed) and your customer service was outstanding, especially Ash, he was very helpful and friendly, then when I asked for his name, he said anyone can help (team player), thanks again for a wonderful seafood night!
